A Night of Riots


SYNOPSIS:

During a riot in the streets of Cyprus, a man of Arabic descent attempts to find shelter inside a family's home. However, he soon realises that his life is probably more in danger inside the house, rather than outside in the streets with the rioters.

Andreas Sheittanis was born in Cyprus in 1991. He studied Film Production & Cinematography at Bournemouth University.

He directed seven short-films so far. He currently works as a Director and Scriptwriter in Cyprus.

Andreas became the first director in Europe to receive the #ThisIsEU European Values Award, with his film "Confession" at the 2019 Short Film Festival in Drama. Andreas' films have collectively won 10 Awards at International Film Festivals.
